  Tried to order a notary stamp on 11/21/17 spoke to someone who took my info. It was very hectic that day so I called back on the following Monday to confirm everything was on track. Only to find out she never submitted paperwork and actually lost the paper she wrote it on. I then sent an email with the information on 11/28. Just followed up again on 12/6 and still no information about me requesting the stamp. Will never go back to this store again. Horrible communication. Perhaps if the job can't be done then the service should not be offered. If I could put zero stars I would do that.

  VERY pushy sales people. I just wanted to buy 1 thing and every person kept trying to sell me other stuff multiple different items. Very annoying. Whats worse is the manager was yelling at the employee for not asking if I needed help... but he already tried to sell me stuff. He had to come by a third time and again try to sell me something. And if you're going to talk like that to an employee (and talk about your customers while they are standing right there), take them aside and talk to them. Don't do it right in front of all the customers right where you walk in and everyone's checking out. It's best to just buy online and have them ship it to your house rather than having to go to the store and run the gauntlet of pushy sales people.

  This is my favorite Staples store. Selection of products is great, although there was a huge issue with the copy and print centre that is being resolved, so that is good. I reccomend this Staples.
